We offer you three different sized menus. You choose how many dishes per person you want and select the menu yourself. Please see terms and conditions at the bottom of the page.

Choose your desired number of dishes – minimum 5 dishes for a minimum of 25 people.
- 5 dishes – 275 kr. per person
- 8 dishes – 325 kr. per person
- 12 dishes – 525 kr. per person
Menu – minimum 25 people
(For snacks we offer marinated black olives for 20 kr. per person)
Fish –DKK 65 per person
- Trout tartare with leek sauce and rye bread
- Salted cod with horseradish cream and turnips
- Smoked scallops with winter cabbage and rye bread (15 kr. extra per person)
Green dishes – DKK per person
- Salt baked beets with paradise apples and ricotta
- Baked Jerusalem artichoke with parsley and Blå Kornblomst-cheese
- Charred kale with browned butter and walnuts
- Creamy pearled spelt with Havgus-cheese
- Roasted potatoes tossed with pickled onions and herbs.
Meat – DKK 80 per person – choose one per menu
- Slow roasted pork loin with gravy and herbs
- Braised beef with salsa verde
- Beef, roasted medium rare, with red wine sauce
Cheese and desserts – DKK 50 per person
- 3 Danish cheeses
- Manfred’s chocolate mousse with olive oil and cocoa shells
- Panna cotta from jersey raw milk with oat crumble
All catering is prepared in a manner that makes it easy to arrange as a buffet.
– A minimum of 5 dishes must be ordered for at least 25 people
– All menus are served with our legendary sourdough bread from Mirabelle
– All catering must be paid for at least 3 days in advance
– Staff for service is not included in the price
– Delivery to Greater Copenhagen can be arranged

-It is possible to rent dinner sets, tables etc.
