We give you three different sizes to choose between. Or you choose how many dishes per person and select which ones you want. See terms and details below.

Choose your number of dishes – minimum 5 dishes for minimum 25 people

  • 5 dishes for DKK 275 per person
  • 8 dishes for DKK 325 per person
  • 12 dishes for DKK 525 per person

Menu – minimum 25 people

(As snacks for aperitif we offer marinated black olives for DKK 20 per person)

Fish DKK 65 per person

  • Trout tartare with pickled carrots & monks cress
  • Salted cod with kale & smoked kelp oil
  • Smoked scallops with fermented Jerusalem artichoke (DKK 15 extra)

Green dishes DKK 45 per person

  • Salt baked celeriac with black olives & browned butter
  • Tough Jerusalem artichokes with raw mushrooms & fermented mushroom emulsion
  • Pointed cabbage with bergamot orange & lovage
  • Creamy pearled spelt with Havgus-cheese & mint
  • Potato compote with lovage

Meat DKK 80 per person (choose one dish per menu)

  • Manfreds’ beef tartare with cress & crispy rye bread
  • Slow roasted pork loin from Hindsholm & gravy with herbs
  • Braised beef from Mineslund with gremolata
  • Beef from Mineslund roasted medium-rare with red wine sauce (DKK 25 extra)

Cheese & Desserts

  • 3 Danish cheeses
  • Manfreds’ chocolate mousse with olive oil & cocoa shells
  • Panna cotta made from jersey raw milk & apple compote

In case a certain produce is unavailable, there may be small changes to the menu.
